KaiZen Pasta was created by it's founder, Arash, to help him create a healthier lifetsyle.  Kaizen means "change for the better" and it's what led Arash (@ShredHappens on Instagram) to create this pasta and lead a healthier lifestyle.

What does lupin flour made from?

Lupin flour is made from a lupini bean which is a high-protein, high fibre, low-carb legume vaguely related to soybean and peanut. For decades, lupini beans have been pickled and eaten whole in the Mediterranean regions.
