Chili Lime Turkey Burgers

These burgers are perfect to fire up on the grill for Cinco de Mayo. These are fresh, yet savoury burgers that are great for a summer BBQ! On top of the burger is an easy to make guacamole that is delicious on the burger or used to dip with your favourite crackers (see our favourites below). Servings: 4 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 1 hour




Burger Bun



  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and form into 4 burger patties
  2. Place on the grill or fry up in a pan to cook throughout
  3. Top with any extra vegetables like tomatoes, onion or sauce like Buster Rhino’s No Sugar Added Ketchup


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mash together to soften and blend

Burger Bun

  1. In a large mug, grease the sides of the mug with non-stick spray and whisk together egg, oil and bread mix
  2. Sprinkle Bagel Seasoning over top
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds and cut in the middle to create the bun
