Ingredients:
Crust
200g OMG Snacks Peanut Butter Cookies (or other peanut butter cookies)
1 egg
4 tbsp Fatso Classic Peanut Butter
Cheesecake Filling
16oz cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 serving Keto Chow Vanilla powder (44g)
1 cup Coco Polo Chocolate Baking Chips
Directions:
Crust
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Crumble peanut butter cookies, add in egg and peanut butter
- Mix crust ingredients together in a medium bowl
- Grease a spring form pan and place crust mixture into bottom of pan
- Press down evenly and place in the oven for 7-9 minutes
Filling
- Mix cream cheese, egg, Keto chow, and vanilla extract in a large bowl
- Blend until smooth, then fold in Coco Polo Chocolate Baking Chips
- Smooth filling over crust once cooled
- Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the centre
