Joi Cashew Milk - this Cashew Base is made of just one ingredient — cashews. We use the entire nut, so you benefit from all the natural protein, fat and fiber of whole cashews.

Step by Step Instructions

This recipe could not be any easier.  Simply place everything in the blender and blitz until frothy.

STEP 1: First add the Joi Nut Milk to a blender with the water and blend for about 30 seconds.
STEP 2: add to the blender the Keto Chow flavour of your choice.  We use Vanilla or Snickerdoodle.
STEP 3: add the remaining ingredients (except the chia seeds) and blend until frothy (about 30 seconds.
STEP 4: pour the contents from the blender into a sealable container, we used an 8" x 8" glass dish with a lid. 
STEP 5: Sprinkle in the chia seeds and give it a mix.
STEP 6: Seal the container with the lid.
STEP 7: Store in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day.

Recipe Storage

Store covered in the fridge for up to 6 days.  We do not recommend freezing this recipe.

Recipe Variations

Keto Chow - a variety of keto chow flavours can be used for this recipe, depending on your tastes.  We love vanilla or snickerdoodle but have also used Chocolate Toffee and Gingerbread.

Nut Milk - you can also use JOI Almond Milk if you prefer over the cashew nut milk.

Spices - get creative with this recipe and add a sprinkle of Burlap and Barrel Allspice, Buffalo Ginger or Nutmeg.
